Bought this and tried it in my Canon Vixia HFS10 HD camcorder. Cannot even record at the higher MXP or FXP settings (24 or 17mb/s), best it can do is XP+ at 12mb/s. This is nowhere CLOSE to the advertised potential of 30mb/s. That's not even HALF of the claimed top speed for writing. I am utterly disappointed with Sandisk who I had trusted up until now. Needless to say, check your write speeds for the various settings on a higher end HD camcorders before buying any flash memory cards.Get more detail about SanDisk 16GB Extreme - SDHC Class 10 High Performance memory card (SDSDX3-016G-P31, Retail Packaging) - NEW 30MB/s version.
